I just crisp up reduced fat pepperonis in the toaster oven at 350, top them with some sauce and cheese, and put them back in until the cheese melts. It has enough "pizza essence" that I don't even miss the crust.

This recipe is in heavy rotation in my household as the non-WLS hubby loves it and I love it probably even more so!

It's absolutely delicious and really high-protein.

Did this the other day and the family seemed to enjoy it. Bought one of those big ham steaks (about 12 in diameter) and used it as a crust. Topped with 1/4 cup of pizza sauce, cheese (your preference), and turkey pepperoni. Tasted better than most crappy "real" pizzas. Only carbs were from the sauce. I highly recommend trying it. And you don't even have to buy big ham steaks. You can get the little ones and make personal size pizzas.

While you may be craving pizza, it appears as if you just had surgery so it may not be the best idea.

If you can tolerate solids, a couple bites of toppings may fill you up otherwise, stick with Eggface's baked ricotta. In no way are you ready for any of these other suggestions.
