I'm struggling on liquid intake. Sip after sip takes a long time to hit a goal. When does the siping get easier? Jello went down ok. Mixed my protein water with water and it's going down, but slow.

Try liquids at different temperatures. It will get better with time.

Warmer liquids were easier for me at first. I noticed a huge difference in my ability to drink at about 3-4 weeks out.

It does take a long time right now and that's perfectly normal. You need to be drinking like it's your job right now

^^^^ What they said. Starting out I could only drink room temp water or warm tea. Anything cold wouldn't go down. I also developed an intense dislike for sweetened drinks (way too sweet for me!!) so I only drink water and tea. If it's any comfort, it does get better :)

Funny...I didn't have a problem getting liquids down in the beginning...more so now that I'm a couple weeks out but that is because I'm eating "real" food now I think.

Super cold water was best for me early on. I think experimenting with the different temps is a great idea!

Good luck!
