Thanks Kathy:

The main reason I'm doing this is because I have so many health issues related to my weight. I tell my doctors that they should just line-up the med students and let them have at me to see how many things they can find wrong with me - I'm a walking medical study.

Walk, walk, walk, and then walk some more. i was up and walking within 2 hours of coming out of surgery. i haven't stopped since and just shy of 2 months out.

I think this is a great idea. I have been walking my dog 2 to 2.5 miles about everyday. Just moved into a new house a couple months ago, and found a bunch of hiking trails around some lakes.

I want to find-out when I can start resistance training, after surgery. A couple decades ago, I was a personal trainer - I want to adjust my previous strength regimen from muscular endurance to hypertrophy, in hopes of counteracting some of the loose-skin issues.

Thank you

Do not ever believe that you are "cured".

Do not believe it when people tell you you are "too thin".
