BOT has anyone done this "back on track" diet?

Seriously? You're asking if this short term fad diet only works with one brand of shakes? Wow.

What you do for 5 days, or 10, doesn't matter. Eat nothing. Eat twinkies. Drink shakes. Short term, it just doesn't matter.

It's what you do in the 1,000 and 10,000 days after you stop thinking that shakes can cure anything that matters. Shakes aren't magic. Finding some sustainable eating plan that gets you the nutrition you require, and keeps you at a weight you want to be, is the point. There is no miracle answer.

At 2-1/2 years out I would be starving on that and it would set me off on a binge of epic proportions.

It's a fad diet by any other name. Use the tool you paid good money to have, follow the advice of veterans on here about going back to all protein and you'll do fine.
