Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday
Happy Monday everyone! This is a short work week for me because my husband is getting LASIK on Friday! So, I'm not working Thursday or Friday because the doctor is 6 hours away. We had a great weekend. We went to a fundraiser and ate delicious food, listened to great music and had fun with friends. I love weekends like that.
B: leftover chili and a kind bar
L: mozzarella and prosciutto with crackers
D: balsamic chicken cooking in the crock pot
Snack: yogurt and granola if I need it
my weight was up a bit this morning, so I'm going to be a better eater today. That's why I weigh every day, so I can make my food choices on a daily basis.

E: hopefully some toning exercises this evening. I have to get back to getting up early to exercise otherwise I don't get it done.
Who's next??
Work day from &^%$ today, even though I'm able to work remotely from home! Husband is dealing with our own personal &^%$ at our house construction site.

L: 1/2 cup split pea soup with chicken breast and 1/2 tsp genepro protein powder

My first day back from vacation, I have to say it's great to be home where I can completely control and track my food again, it feels comforting! I lost almost 3 pounds while away, which is amazing since I've never returned from vaca lighter than when I left!
