Surgery date

Just curious how long it took everyone after the Dr sends off all your info to your insurance till you get a surgery date? Also, is there anything anyone had to do before the surgery besides the pre-clear liquids?

my dr had me on strictly clear liquid no jello, water and protein shakes. for 3 days b4 and morning of I had to show with herbicleanse antibiotics body wash including my hair. you get this from pharmacy. no shaving or shampoo /conditioning, body lotion, powder or perfume during the herbicleanse stage so you are sterile. and I needed to take a smooth move tea 12 hrs b4 surgery to poop everything out. oh no eating or drinking not even water for 8 hrs b4 surgery. good luck.
