Good morning! I'm feeling particularly great this morning because I'm wearing a cute new dress I got from Stitch Fix and my next fix is coming on Monday!

Good Morning to you as well. I am now 3 months out and loving this new healthy feeling. I am smaller than what I have been in 10 years. its amazing.

I love the days we get our walking in at D-Land, it hardly feels like we're exercising at all
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

Busy day today, kidney specialist, flu shots and quick run to the construction site of our new house - but still having fun celebrating our anniversary. My husband loves to extend those kinds of events. I hope everyone's having a great day!

Lunch: Devon Restaurant in Oak Brook IL - grilled flat iron steak and green beans
Dinner: leftover flat iron steak and green beans from Devon's delicious lunch

I had a really lazy day today other than housework. Tonight hubby and I are going to the movies to see Crimson Peak and I made sure to stay away from carbs all day so I could have some popcorn tonight! I'm even bringing a measuring cup with me so I can be sure to monitor my portion!
B: coffee with premier protein, 15 almonds
L: stuffed sweet mini peppers
S: 2oz cottage cheese and 1 oz avocado, 1/2 premier protein shake
D: popcorn at the theater and a cheese stick
W:still working on it, planning on smuggling it into the movies
