Give me your input on sleeve gastrectomy!

My energy levels have definitely increased, but it didn't happen right away. In the first month after surgery, my energy level was actually less than pre-surgery but now I feel absolutely awesome. Good luck to you!

EVERYONE regrets having this surgery. And then they fart and feel better and it they never look back.

Not to make light of your question, but it is really common to be scared and anxious before, and then to feel like hell after. You have a tough year ahead of you where you will be both recovering from surgery, and then living thru an artificial famine and all that entails. Especially in the early days it is very common to have those "What have I DONE?" moments.

But, with exception of a few people I know who had ancillary health issues and post op problems because of that, Once we get thru the hard stretch we all love our lives and all the positive changes we experience!
