I'm 10 months post op and still use Genepro - in soups and creamed spinach sometimes to make my daily protein grams

I had a family reunion at my home yesterday, and I made an enchilada casserole with salad, rice and refried beans. The food was well received and it was so nice to have the family together again.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - enchilada casserole, salad and a little refried beans.
snack - strawberries and whipped cream
dinner - chicken and broccoli casserole
vitamins- like clockwork!
water - good
exercise - not so much
