I have been losing and gaining the same 1 1/2 pounds for about 3 weeks now - I did increase my calories a bit but am still below 1,000 most days (which is where my NUT said I should be at). I hate to think this is my maintenance level. I really have not had a stall yet, so maybe that is it. I'm about 10 lbs. from goal.
I wish my darned ticker would update, I updated my weight on Sunday but it hasn't updated. I've lost 128 lbs since surgery 10 months ago -- I'd love the ticker to reflect that. I'm working hard at this!!

I finally got my butt back to the gym after 2 weeks of flaking out on it, and let me tell you.. my body felt the consequences! Ugh!!
