Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday
Good morning! I amazed myself and got my lazy butt out of bed at 4 this morning to go to the gym. I've found I like the elliptical but 4 am gym trips probably won't last as soon as the snow starts and the temp in the morning is below zero, so I'm thinking about getting one.
B: leftover cheeseburger mixed in 2 scrambled eggs
S: yogurt and granola
L: Mexican pork with black beans and cheese
D: taco fixings without the shell
W & V: on track
E: elliptical and some weights this morning, toning exercises this evening

Sleep which has been something I need to keep an eye on - 7 hrs. 46 min. 97% goal.
Spending the whole day prepping for vacation...so excited to head for Disney but my first vaca since the surgery so I'm a bit nervous. But i bought some protein shakes and high protein options to be delivered to the hotel and packed some crystal light and protein bars. Here's hoping it will be easy, I think I'm ready!

L: leftover subway- eating the meat, cheese and veggies and a couple bites of the bread.
D: unsure but probably eggs or omelet.
