Good morning! I amazed myself and got my lazy butt out of bed at 4 this morning to go to the gym. I've found I like the elliptical but 4 am gym trips probably won't last as soon as the snow starts and the temp in the morning is below zero, so I'm thinking about getting one.

B: leftover cheeseburger mixed in 2 scrambled eggs

S: yogurt and granola

L: Mexican pork with black beans and cheese

D: taco fixings without the shell

W & V: on track

E: elliptical and some weights this morning, toning exercises this evening

S- Light & Fit Greek yogurt - strawberry cheesecake

D- Taco meat and cheese with a little bit of mixed greens

W- ahead of schedule

E- Walking towards my 10,000 steps and consistently taking the stairs (7 flights down, 7 up)

Sleep which has been something I need to keep an eye on - 7 hrs. 46 min. 97% goal.

Spending the whole day prepping for vacation...so excited to head for Disney but my first vaca since the surgery so I'm a bit nervous. But i bought some protein shakes and high protein options to be delivered to the hotel and packed some crystal light and protein bars. Here's hoping it will be easy, I think I'm ready!

B: protein shake

L: leftover subway- eating the meat, cheese and veggies and a couple bites of the bread.

D: unsure but probably eggs or omelet.

S: cheese stick if needed.

W: working on it

Vits: done

E: nothing official, just running around all day!

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crustless hamburger quiche. I made it was jarlsburg cheese this time, and it is yummy - a nice change

Dinner - left over ginger beef or pesto chicken...

B: Protein shake and coffee.

S: Aussie Bodies Protein FX bar, one small Cabot cheese

L: Olives, feta and tuna salad

S: SF Jello, one low fat Baby Bell

D: Italian beef stew (beef, peppers, mushies, in pasta sauce, in the crockpot).

E: None - Dr.'s order because I had a toe nail removed yesterday. :-(
