I posted an update last week.. here is my progress pic.

I have lost 176 lbs so far with 32 more lbs to go! So excited...

*Don't mind the writing on the mirror, I had to use the one in my daughter's room LOL

Edit: Pic isn't loading, Sorry! Anyone know how to help?? I used to just copy and paste from photobucket, but thats not working...

AS far as the picture, Photobucket should provide you with an HTML IMG code link to the image directly, which you can then insert, by clicking on the picture (right of the smiley face in the compose screen), and in the Source line, you would paste in that HTML code that you copied from Photobucket.
