Progress pics/update and a question

First of all, you look absolutely gorgeous! Congratulations on your success!

Secondly, as far as eating - as others have said - it really depends on what. I am about 4 months out and I tend to eat around 3-4 oz at a meal. I always do 3 oz. of dense protein first, and then the last oz. is filled with veggies, or stuff like that. I haven't really had any carbs post-op, so I can't say how much I would be able to eat of those, but I have noticed I can eat more of watery, slider-type foods like soup, yogurt, or soft, creamy cheese.
