Whatcha Eating Today VSGers???!? Tuesday
I hope everyone is doing well! I haven't been on the boards here in a while, but I used to be constantly! I got a new job and a boyfriend and time has just been super busy.
I'm still paying close attention to my diet -- as I will forever!
What's on the menu today?
b - drumstick & brussel sprouts
s - chike
l - chicken thigh & brussel sprouts
s - latte & plane peanuts
d - work dinner @ The Lazy Goat
e - probably a jog
w - need to get some more in
B: steak, cheese and 5 Wheat Thin pita crisps (only 6 carbs for 5 chips!), and an ounce of cheese
S: yogurt and granola
L: probably more leftover steak, I made way too much
D: leftover pizza...I bought thin crust from Dominos with chicken, bacon and sausage. I can only eat 2.5 small squares. I'm not sure of the calories or carbs
W & V: on track...over 20 ounces and it is only 9:15!
E: aerobic exercise for 20 minutes at 4:30 this morning, and then some toning exercises tonight

Hi Stacy...sounds good but can you tell me what a Chike is that you had as snack. I ain't at that stage yet but I am looking on here for tips for later. I love Brussel sprouts but they give me gas. I had something called Roasted Brussel Sprout hash at some fancy joint. It had balsamic vinegar on it and it was the best!
