Disneyland day, so lots of steps.
B: insides of an egg and ham breakfast sandwich from Starbucks, I ate the egg and part of the ham
S: string cheese
L: The rest of the ham and the cheese from the Starbucks sandwich
D: Chicken yakitori, brussel sprouts (yummy) and edamame

E: 9,500 steps so far

I love the days I get my steps in early, because I have the rest of the day to add to the 10,000
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
B: Danon light and fit greek yogurt - toasted coconut, 12 pumpkin spice frosted mini wheats
L: Taco salad (1 C romaine, 1/2 C 93% lean taco meat with black beans, 1 T taco sauce, 1 oz. tortilla chips
D: shrimp and broccoli alfredo, no pasta - 3 oz. shrimp, 1/2 C broccoli
S: Syntrax nectar chocolate truffle with Swiss Miss light Hot cocoa, Fit Frappe Chai
E: 60 minutes of walk away the pounds with interval training (jogging and strength training combined with fast walking)

Had to spend a few hours at the courthouse taking care of a traffic ticket! So I didn't really get a chance to eat much. But tonight I have to go to my father in law's for his birthday and my brother in law is making tacos, so it's a good thing I saved my calories.

L: 2 cheese sticks
S: a couple pieces of sliced deli turkey
