day 3 of liquid

So, surgery is oct22, 2015 at 8am. I am on day 3 of shakes and liquid only. These things are discussing (bariatric advantage vanilla), is there anything I can put in them to make them taste better? and are there any ideas for broths? I'm finding them too salty. Thanks in advance.

I was on optifast for a month and my surgery is tomorrow yipeeeee. How I got through the vanilla or chocolate was added blueberry, strawberry, lemon, coconut, lemon, almond extract to it. Gives it a really

nice flavour. I went to Bulk Barn as they have a nice selection. I notice the broth with no salt an after

taste so I stopped having it. Will use it in my puree foods.
