What cha Eating today, VSGers? - Saturday
Hi All,
I just finished my mushroom quiche for breakfast. I had some wine last night, and my weight is up 2.5 pounds today! Frustrating! So its back to the straight and narrow for me...
Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche
lunch - Phily cheese steak sloppy joes - no bread - yum
dinner - buffalo chicken
water - good
vitamins - on track
exercise - probably not... I haven't been motivated lately.

Hi I posted the mushroom quiche recipe on the recipe forum a few days ago. What I did was search the internet for quiche recipes and then I substituted plain greek yogurt for the hi fat ingredients like cream or mayo. I do put a little half-and-half in to improve the texture. Its not as creamy as the hi-fat version, but I find it satisfying. I hope you enjoy it.
best wishes,
Carol
