S- Light & Fit Greek yogurt -- cheesecake flavored
D- Not sure, went to look for this link for ideas but it had not yet been started. Probably two grilled drumsticks if nothing else grabs my attention.
S- no sugar added fudgsicles or pistachios
W- ahead of schedule
V- check
E- walking towards 10,000 steps and doing lots of stairs... it is getting easier. I feel like Rocky!

I had a good Friday, and I'm feeling optimistic about many things.
Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche
lunch - ham and green bean casserole - yum
snack - cole slaw made with a plain greek yogurt dressing. - also yum
dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - not so much...

Hubby wanted to go out tonight, but I'm really glad he chose Buffalo Wild Wings because i found a great on plan option!
