B- Premiere Protein chocolate mint bar

L- Tuna Creations packet with raw, sweet red pepper

S- Light & Fit Greek yogurt -- cheesecake flavored

D- Not sure, went to look for this link for ideas but it had not yet been started. Probably two grilled drumsticks if nothing else grabs my attention.

S- no sugar added fudgsicles or pistachios

W- ahead of schedule

V- check

E- walking towards 10,000 steps and doing lots of stairs... it is getting easier. I feel like Rocky!

Sleep -- 7 hrs. 50 mins. 97% of goal

B- 4oz low fat cottage cheese

S- 4oz protein drink

L- 1 scrambled egg

S- 4 oz protein drink

D- 2 oz tuna with 1 tablespoon lite mayo

S- sugar free with protein powder

Water- so far so good

Exercise- 15 minutes on the elliptical

Still on pureed foods, get to do soft foods next week. Can't wait.

Happy Friday! I can't wait for the weekend. Homecoming in Ann Arbor!! Tomorrow eating will be a challange, but today is easy!

B: Hard boiled egg & 1/2 high protein english muffin

S: 1/4 c mixed nuts

L: Chicken Caesar Salad

D: Perch & Zucchini

S: sugar free banana pudding

E- trying to fit in the treadmill (lot of prep to do tonight for tomorrow)

W & V - on track

Hi All,

I had a good Friday, and I'm feeling optimistic about many things.

Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche

lunch - ham and green bean casserole - yum

snack - cole slaw made with a plain greek yogurt dressing. - also yum

dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - not so much...

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

Hubby wanted to go out tonight, but I'm really glad he chose Buffalo Wild Wings because i found a great on plan option!

B: Premier Protein shake and coffee, turkey bacon egg white cup

L: cheese stick and carbmaster yogurt

D: 1/2 order of naked grilled chicken tenders at BWW, and a couple carrot sticks with ranch

W: still finishing up

V: got it

E: got my 10000 steps in at work, but I have to get to bed early so I can get up for a charity walk tomorrow!
