What are your staples?
on 10/9/15 9:23 am - NJ
I shop on the weekends and realized I no longer need a list. I pretty much buy the same things every time:
- 5 Propel 24 oz bottles for my commute to work during the week,
- Boxes of Propel and True Lemon drink powder mix for refills at the office
- Packets of different flavored Tuna Creations although Ranch is my favorite
- Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt (I buy the box of 8 toasted coconut vanilla and cheesecake )
- Multi pack of red, yellow and orange sweet peppers
- Thin cut chicken breasts for easy, quick meals
- Ground beef,
- Eggs
- Roast turkey lunchmeat and cheese for roll ups
- No sugar-added fudgsicles,
- Mini Babybel light cheeses
- Bananas
- Asparagus
I bring all of my lunch and snack supplies in on Monday morning and have nothing perishable left on Friday afternoon.
