What are your staples?

I shop on the weekends and realized I no longer need a list. I pretty much buy the same things every time:

  • 5 Propel 24 oz bottles for my commute to work during the week,
  • Boxes of Propel and True Lemon drink powder mix for refills at the office
  • Packets of different flavored Tuna Creations although Ranch is my favorite
  • Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt (I buy the box of 8 toasted coconut vanilla and cheesecake )
  • Multi pack of red, yellow and orange sweet peppers
  • Thin cut chicken breasts for easy, quick meals
  • Ground beef,
  • Eggs
  • Roast turkey lunchmeat and cheese for roll ups
  • No sugar-added fudgsicles,
  • Mini Babybel light cheeses
  • Bananas
  • Asparagus

I bring all of my lunch and snack supplies in on Monday morning and have nothing perishable left on Friday afternoon.

* I did not eat nuts or fruit during my initial weight loss stage. But being practically 4 years out and losing my regain I have found that the nuts and healthy oils and fats really add to satiety. The berries, well, I love them and it's 40 calories per day, so I'm good with it.

We keep that same tuna in the house at all times, too! More for my partner than for me. Do you get it packed in olive oil? I have not seen it packed in water anywhere.
