Frisco- Trader Joes Pork Tenderloin !!!
The Trader Joes pork tenderloin has been a regular thing for me now for a couple of years.
I would have never bought it if I didn't see a guy putting about 6 of them in his cart. I ask him what he did with them..... his answer was "anything"....... Roast it, grill it, stir fry, whole or sliced.
This is a plastic wrapped loin..... I was leery because in the past I had bought a plastic wrapped loin at a grocery store and it was very SALTY!!!
The Trader Joes one has been very consistent, very tender and moist and takes seasoning very well !!!
Give it a try if you haven't !!!

I'm sure that other pork tenderloins could be just fine.
I just had a bad experience with a salty one from another grocery store.

What is your favorite recipe for the tenderloin?
It changes, but on this day I would probably say..... Rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder and roast the whole thing.
On another day I'd say sliced into medallions..... salt, pepper, onion powder and harissa spice blend and grill them.
But most times I roast the whole thing with just salt, pepper, garlic powder..... basic...... than I eat off it for a couple of days with different flavorings.
- Cubed and warmed up with taco sauce with an egg on top for a breakfast.
- Chopped up with some cheese in a lettuce wrap.
- Thin sliced and throw it in an Asian stir fry at the last minute.
- Chopped up for salad or slaw.
Many possibilities !!!!
