What cha Eating Today, VSGers? - Tuesday
Good morning, everyone!
I'm finally seeing some downward mobility in my weight, shaking those extra vacation pounds. So I'm feeling great and committed to my plan.
Breakfast - salmon
lunch - crustless mushroom quiche
dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins
snack - coleslaw made with yogurt rather than mayo
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - recumbent bike

Breakfast- Poached eggs with a few bites of greek yogurt
Lunch- Wasn't that hungry so I just had a small handful of grapes.
Dinner- Bought fish (snapper fillet) from the market yesterday so I'll probably have that with some fruit and veggies.
Vitamins- Already took all my vitamins.
Water- Trying to get some more in.
Exercise- Feeling a bit sick so I'll probably keep the exercise light today. Maybe do some yoga.
