How often do you measure?
I try to do my measurements on the first of every month. However, it's the 3rd now and I haven't yet gotten around to it for October!

I took my measurements every 2 weeks when I was in the losing phase. I still take mine every month or two to make sure I am not gaining (and yes, I do weigh, but to me measurements are more important than weight).

I do measurements once every month, and then do comparison pictures every 3 months. So far, it's been wonderful doing it this way and keeping motivated. The changes are much more pronounced that way!
