Chewable vitamins vs. Vitamin patches...opinions please.
They have worked awesome for me so far. Post op and over the first couple years, my iron was always low, my d low, etc. I switched to the patch hoping the supposedly better absorption would help, and love not having to swallow the pill. I rememberd most days over that first month, but for sure forgot some days. Had my labs pulled. Everything was in range except the D, and I just barely missed that. My iron was mid range too- I have NEVER had that good of a reading. I'm a believer. They have a code for 40% off, I think it is patch40 or patchmd40.

I just ordered the D3/Calcium one, figured I'd give it a try, since I cant' stand any of the calcium chews I have tried.
Took a few tries and some digging, but I did find the code for 40% off @ patchmd.com :) - It is pmd40
