Hi All,
I'm finally dropping my vacation weight, and I'm sticking to the plan! I hope you are all planning a relaxing and joyful weekend!
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - mustard-crusted flank steak - yum
Dinner - pesto chicken
water - good
vitamins - on track
exercise - not so good
Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385, Surgery Weight 333, Current Weight 160. At GOAL!

Hello! Busy day for me but on plan. Had a f/u with the surgeon, he is pleased with my progress. Trying to increase exercise!
B- 1 scrambled egg and 1/4 of a turkey sausage patty.
L: Protein shake
D: 2oz canned tiny shrimp with a bit of LF mayo.
S: will need to have a snack tonight to get a few more protein grams and calories in.
Water: just a bit more!
Vitamins: All set.
Exercise: Couch to 5k (slow and painful but determined to keep at it!)
