Two day since surgery...fluid help

Yep, I got complacent about my water intake around 2 months out, got very uhhh how we say plugged up and a kidney stone. Not fun!

Yeah no way in heck I was getting 64 the first few days. I was lucky to get in 48oz. Sip sip sip! I was watching netflix and I would take a sip every few min, set a timer if you need to.

Getting to 64oz is a constant struggle even for me now at 5 months post op, not that's particularly hard, but I have to try each day to achieve 64oz.

Don't do what I did and stop monitoring your water intake after 2 months when you become complacent about your new routine. I keep bottled water with me everywhere now. I drink 16oz on the way into work, 32oz at work, and another 16oz at home. When I go cycling I have a camel pack so I can sip as I ride.
