Thank you so much...I was able to get 36 in today but it was a struggle.  I'll try to increase a bit daily.

Popsicles were my savior post-op.  You can get SF popsicles that are 15 calories each, or you can make your own with crystal light.  It made everything so much easier.  I also would freeze chocolate protein shakes and blended them like a frosty.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I did much better with warm fluids in the beginning.

Don't forget the liquid in your protein shakes count also.

My doctor suggested a sip every 15 minutes at that stage. Or an ounce every 15 minutes. Whichever worked for me at the time. I'm 6 weeks out and STILL can't maintain 64 ounces every day!

6 weeks out? Aren't you afraid of dehydration? This is my biggest fear.

I'm 7 days out and it gets a lot easier even in the next day or two. Remember your sleeve is still very swollen. I did set an alarm on my phone to buzz me every 3 minutes to remind me to take 3 small sips every 3 mins. Buzz.. Sip, sip, sip. carry whatever your drinking around with you I found that helped a lot.

The body can only handle such a small amount for a couple of days, so you need to up your game, no matter what, or your body will react with more fatigue, nausea, and kidney stones later. Trust me, you don't want to go there. Anything wet counts. Try different flavors and even temperatures. Little will give you any pleasure at all, so aim for what "sucks less". Dehydration hits hard and fast. Be harder and faster yourself.
