Spicy Food?
My sleeve has no problem with spicy food. I can eat anything - in small quantities.

I have no problems with spicy foods. My nutritionist said spicy is ok but only to the extent you can tolerate it without drinking liquids to cool off the burn.

I'm in Southwestern New Mexico, home of the world's best green chile. I made sure that that was one thing I would not have to give up. Doc said to try it but it was mostly up to the individual. I used to like my chile reasonable spicy. Since the surgery may spicy tolerance has probably tripled. It has to be atomic before I even register it nowadays.

No trouble at all with spicy. Curry shrimp, pulled pork with spicy BBQ, Buffalo chicken-- no issues! Granted, I've had zero heartburn since surgery, but I've been OK.
