Sleep is very important also. I've noticed that when I get less than 7.5 hours, I make bad decisions. I am now paying more attention to my sleep. I will get rid of the 12 pounds that are hanging on and I would like to get rid of 11-15 more after that.
Been a while since I posted here. My diet has been very routine lately as I work to pull off the last little bit of regain.
B- veggie juice/smoothie (kale, cucumber, celery, 2 mini carrot, lemon juice, ice, water, stevia)
S- Fibergourmet cinnamon crackers
L- Black eyed peas, Turkey sausage, brown rice
S- Life Choice Protein bar
D- Spaghetti Squash, Marinara
Dispersed throughout the day, coffee with almond milk. Low on protein with no more carbs to give, so maybe some Isopure but don't feel much like eating or drinking anything.

I'm having a super weird day in an extremely stressful week, and to top it off my vagina has transformed into a raging blood demon that wants to destroy and devour everything in its path! I just got back from Costco and it was everything I could do NOT to swan dive into one of the giant bins of Halloween candy. While I was in line I actually played with MFP to see how bad it would be to have a Polish Dog, but I was strong and didn't give in. Yay me, I guess.
B: Half a quest bar and a cheese stick
L: Chicken with green beans, broccoli, and mushrooms
S: Low carb tortilla and mozzerella quesadilla
S: Another cheese stick

W: got in the 64, still going (its HOTTTTT!!!)
E: None yet today, except walking a lot at work and Costco. We'll see how my body feels after dinner.
V: Yep.

L: Steamed chicken and shrimp with Chinese mixed Veggies (no sauce)
D: Stuffed Green Peppers (1/2 of one)
S: protein hot cocoa, protein chai latte, Mc Donald's small vanilla cone (hey, I had lots of calories left tonight so it was time for a treat!)
W: a little behind, time to make some decaf tea
V: on track
E: 45 min step DVD - seriously found my old Jane Fonda step VHS from the 90's and did it - it was so much fun! I even remembered the routine and probably had not done it since the late 90's! Gotta get that burned to a DVD though!
