Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday
Good morning! Today is going to be a great day! Yesterday I didn't stick to my plan, but today I will! Tomorrow is Friday and it is going to be a great day.
B: 2 scrambled eggs, the last 3 tiny jalapeños from my garden, 1.5 ounces of leftover steak and some cheese
S: yogurt and granola
L: leftover steak and some cheese
D: spaghetti sauce, hamburger, and fresh mozzarella
W & V: on track
E: I'm going to start doing yoga at home with my hubby in the evenings.

Today officially marks 11 months for me. I had a follow up yesterday and the weight loss center said they now don't need to see me for a year and that I have done so well. Of course I can call if I need anything or stumble! It was emotional for me. I have spent the past two years wit all these people! I'll send out an official update next month on my one year anniversary!

My anxiety level is like 1000 today so I haven't given myself much time to eat because I've been working like a crazy person.
