Oh my gosh! You're so tiny Amy! I'm hella jelly :) But I know you've worked really hard for it, and you will lose those last few pounds.

I had the same problem.  I just had to get honest and really redouble my efforts and stop slacking off on exercise and stop nibbling and it happened after a couple of months of nothing much happening.  You look incredible btw!

Congratulations!  You look gorgeous.  Also, off topic, but your eye makeup is amazing.  Those are some good brows, girl.

I am with you on those last few pounds.  I met my first goal of 170, and now I'm hovering between 165-167 while trying to get to 159 - I have an irrational desire to get to that weight because it will give me a "normal" BMI.  I'm not sure I'll ever get there.

One reason I have such trouble is because I've become an exercise addict (not really an ADDICT, but I really enjoy it).  However, all this running I do (about 20 miles a week now) makes me need more fuel, including some carbs. Without the carbs (in the form of bananas, almond butter, workout gels), I bonk like CRAZY about 4 miles in.

All of this is to say that I'm completely torn. Do I keep doing this running thing that has made me way happy, or do I focus on more weight loss, which has also made me pretty darn happy?

Thank you and CONGRATULATIONS to you too!!!!! Thank you for the compliments :) But girl, these brows are a daily struggle haha.. If I let them grow, I go total Bert from sesame street! haha

As for the running, PROPS TO YOU because I still cant run!! I damaged my knees so bad when I was 327lbs! I wish I could run tho. I also think you should do what you feel makes you the happiest.. If that is running and eating good carbs then do it girl!! I envy your ability to run, seriously! I think it is great!

THanks again, and hope your day is great!!

You are such an inspiration! It's great to see someone with the same body shape and height as myself. When I say I want to get down to at least 175 people think that is still huge. It drives me nuts. Anyways I can't thank you enough for posting your pictures. You look so skinny!!

You are very welcome and thank you for being so awesome! If you are around the same build as me, then you are tall.. Ppl need to realize that when they think of the weight 170 for a female... 170 puts me at normal BMI... May I ask what your starting weight is/was? And its funny you say I look skinny, I hear that I am too skinny now.. But in my head , I am still big.. and I still dont see myself as skinny! It is a psych thing.. Anyway, have a great day!!!!!!! XXOO

My starting weight was 305 and I'm down to 240. I know 170 will be a good weight for me as well. I am so tired of being in the 240's lol. It's funny how are minds still play with our body image of ourselves. I bet you still find yourself moving out of the way for people when you don't need to anymore too :D
