So I am 4 months in and I was wondering if anyone else feels the same.

I've noticed after eatting just enough food, I tend to get really hot and sweaty sometimes.  My body always warms up.  Also I noticed when I eat too much I get so super tired and nauseous.  Does this happen to anyone else?

Thanks

The hot and sweaty part hasn't happened to me but the nauseous part certainly has.

Could be a form of dumping. Try to notice if particular foods trigger it (a little sugar or carby etc.).

The hot and sweaty part only happens to me if I'm eating too many carbs...and I doubt you're doing that so soon after surgery.  But if you are eating bread, pasta, crackers or anything with sugar...that's your key right there.

Are you diabetic? Do you test your after-meal glucose levels?  I find that when I feel super-tired after eating that it's because my blood sugar has risen too high.  And that's direclty tied to whatever I ate.  Even sugar-free things like pudding can make my blood sugar rise.
