So it's official I am now in ONDERLAND. Down 101.5lbs in 11 weeks to the day... I am literally melting away and this is the best I have felt in years.

Congratulations! Fantastic wor****ep it up and don't be disappointed if the weight loss slows down a bit. You are totally rockin' this!

I feel like it's a dream and I am going to wake up from it and the scale has been lying to me. I see the surgeon on Thursday and hopefully he will be able to shed some light onto this.

That is GREAT news! Do you mind me asking how you lost so much in such a short amount of time?

 

I have not had the surgery yet, just want to get the best advice on loosing the weight.

Well, I eat small portions, I walk some, and limit my sugar and carb intake. That is the "secret" at the same time though everyone is completely different what works for me may not work for you...for instance I know someone who has had weight loss surgery and cannot eat chicken but is okay with beef. I love my chicken, fish, and seafood. However, beef or hamburger makes me sicker than a dog.
