Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday
happy Tuesday! I'm changing things up to help with my off plan snacking. Yesterday I added. Mid morning snack and I think it helped. I have been trying to eat at 6, noon and 6 but I get the urge to snack in the afternoon. So yesterday I ate breakfast at 6, had some nuts at about 10:30, lunch around 2:30 and dinner at 7:30 and I seemed to be more satisfied. So that is the plan for today too.
B: scrambled egg, steak, jalapeño and cheese and then I had a cupcake. It was small and homemade. I was so proud for resisting it yesterday too.
S: Dannon light and fir Greek yogurt with Bare Naked protein granola
L: Mexican beef and pork
D: Taco Tuesday, no tortilla but probably sa few tortilla chips
W and V: on track
E: we got an inversion table...I'm going to figure out how to use that. I thought it was just for relaxation but I read about some exercises to do on it.

I think the added snack is a good plan. 6 hours is a long time to go without eating. I usually have to eat every 4 hours. I shifted to 4 small meals in maintenance, and that works better for me. (but I'm back to three meals a day cuz I'm trying to lose a little weight. But some days I have to add a forth cuz I get too hungry. This is a challenging business!

I got back yesterday from a long Notre Dame football weekend. My weight has fluctuated up a little bit due to the road trip munching, high sodium foods, tailgating, off-plan eating and lack of sleep, but I walked my a$$ off. I've already lost a little and will be back on track in no time.
B: Quest chocolate chip mint protein bar. I love these, they taste like girl scout thin mints!
L: Leftover Chipotle chicken burrito bowl with black beans and brown rice.

Just started purees after my morning appointment.

S: Cottage cheese and small v8 juice.
D: Ricotta Bake from worldaccordingtoeggface. So yummy! I'll have some for lunch and dinner tomorrow as well.
W and V: No issues.
