I use Nature's Bounty B12 sublingual. They taste pleasant and dissolve very quickly. Since they are sublingual, no tummy upset!

Same here.....3 times per week. They taste like cherry, dissolve under you tongue. No upset stomach for me. I could only find 2500mcg and my levels were high so I cut them in half. One bottle lasts a very long time.
I take is as part of a B complex pill that I have used for several years for other purposes; I'm cutting it back to 2-3 times a week now as my levels are consistently above the normal range (so much for that "can't absorb B12 because of our stomach" idea - it must be another of those bypass things that surgeons have adopted.)
