My new plan worked great yesterday. I ate a snack mid morning and it really seemed to help my afternoon snack cravings. I'm excited to have a new, hopefully more successful plan.
B: scrambled eggs (today I had 2 instead of 1 so I wouldn't have room for something sweet since I ate a cupcake yesterday), leftover steak and cheese
S: yogurt and granola
L: steak
D: spaghetti sauce with hamburger and mozzarella
V & W: on track
E: ?

My day looks like:
B: Cheesy, bacon-wrapped egg cup.
L: Home-made shrimp scampi (just the shrimp) with Parmesan cheese
D: Probably grilled, thin pork chops.
Snacks: Coffee with 1 cup of almond-coconut milk; 1 oz. of smoked cheddar cheese
V &W: So far, so good!

I'm stressed and PMSing which means I want to constantly snack and it's so hard getting myself out of that head hunger state! Argh!
B: 1 slice 12 grain toast with natural peanut butter and cinnamon.
S: cheese stick
L: Powercrunch protein bar
S: another cheese stick and a handful of a coworkers popcorn (evil girl who leaves snacks there for everyone)
D: ground beef with bell peppers and a bit I'd nonfat refried beans
And after all that I still had a nsa hot chocolate.
Not a great day for me.
