Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday
i had a great weekend and I hope you all did too. I made some super cute penguin cupcakes for my kids on Saturday. I was pretty proud of my restraint! I'm headed on vacation next week on Tuesday so I'm going to be an extra vigilant eater in preparation.
I also did a lot of meal prep for the week yesterday. Hopefully that will make our week go a bit smoother. With work, scouts, music lessons, soccer practice and soccer games, life is a bit busy.

I had a long, busy day at work, but thanks to all the meal prep I did on Sunday I'm ready for the week!
B: 2 Egg white & turkey cups, coffee w/ 2% milk
S: Cheese stick and turkey pepperoni
L: Leftover Shrimp Fajitas (minus the tortilla)
S: Chocolate PB Banana shake
E: So excited! Got my mile down to 14:37 and my 5K down to 47 minutes! YEAH!!
