Surprising NSVs
While out to eat for a work event the waitress brought out my order and said "This is the healthiest thing that has ever come out of this kitchen!"
I also have a new "problem" sleeping on my side - my bony knees rub against each other and it hurts! Crazy that I have body parts that are bony!
I have lost so much weight that my shoes and glasses and now too big!
SOOOO Happy!
I also sleep in my side, but with a pillow between my knees. It takes pressure off of you knees and your hips. Been doing it since I was pregnant with my daughter 36 years ago.
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
