I've been stalled for 2-3 weeks (ugh) so trying to be super extra vigilant and get all my water and sleep I need.  Sleeping for only 5 hours a night hasn't helped, I'm sure.

- Water/syntrax protein

- 3oz ham with brown mustard (this will be two snacks, if needed)

- 1/2c cottage cheese with SF Torani caramel syrup (1tsp)

- Light & Fit Yogurt

- Stir-fried cabbage and ground sirloin.

Water: 24 oz so far.  Still need 40-60 more, ugh.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
