My friend had the sleeve two years ago in ATL. I'll ask her tomorrow if she can give me a recommendation for a surgeon.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

I have heard nothing but great things about Dr. Macik in the Atlanta area. I used Dr. Michael Williams - he is based in Alpharetta, GA (right outside of ATL). If you want to message me privately I can go in to more details.

I have Kaiser as my health plan & Dr. Lytle at Northside Hospital in Atlanta was my surgeon. They have a fantastic pre & post op program.

Dr. Paul Macik performed my VSG at Northside Hospital in August. I have has a fantastic recovery and zero problems. I highly recommend him.

My surgeon was Dr. Miguel del Mazo at Gwinnett Center for Surgical Weight Loss. I have been very happy with him. He is a natural teacher and much more knowledgable about post op eating and nutrition that I would have expected.

My surgeon was Dr Ankit Patel at Emory University Hospital midtown Atlanta. They have a wonderful pre and post op program. Not by but good things to say.
