Need Bra Advice
I just get 2-3 bras when I need new ones. It's important for back health to have a well fitting bra, but I do laundry 3 times a week, so I can get buy with just a few. (Except sports bras. I have 5 of those.)

I'm for the wire and a molded cup. Structure and support is the name of the game!
Again, on this topic, I totally agree with Kiwideb...I found my "perfect-fit-solution" at SOMA. Love, love, love!!! Worth every dollar!

I use bra inserts to replace what I've lost - I have both silicone inserts and lighter foam pads, depending on the bra. Without them, I'm constantly having to adjust and fidget, with them in place I am trouble-free all day. They don't make a huge difference in the way I look in clothes, but it sure is nice to not feel like my remnant boobs are leaking out all over the place. FWIW I always go with underwire, no push up, just regular 't shirt' style bras - with or without the inserts I'm currently wearing a 36DD.
I just bought the June Taylor large breast enhancers from Joann fabrics yesterday for my floppy boobs. OMG they are awesome. 22.00 but with the 60% off coupon they were like 10.00.
They are are silicone and totally fill out what is missing. And because of the way they are molded they push up with you have.
They lift your your self esteem while lifting your boobs!
Awesome!

I received my inserts today, although they are not the June Taylor Brand. OMG, do they ever work well! With them I can now get more mileage out of my current bras. And they're comfortable, too. Once they're in place, I don't even notice them. Thank you!!

When I hit maintenance, I went to a good foundation bra shop, and got some bras that fit me well. It was expensive but so worth it. You can check at the store and see how they fit you, and you don't have to buy them if they don't do the job well.
Its a real motivator to not gain weight - I put so much money into buying these bras. I can't gain weight so they don't fit! hehehe
best of luck

Oh, my poor bobs are in the same condition! I say you just have to take a day and go to the mall and just try 'em all on. You will never know until you try. My fav bra is Bombshell Plunge from Vicky's Secret (Still can't get used to that!! LOL) The girls always plump out and spill over, but I just adjust throughout the day as necessary. Discreetly, of course. You know how the guys have to adjust their stuff! Haha!
