WOW....has it really been 7 months???

Yes...as of today it has been 7 months since my surgery. I'm down a total of 98.5 lbs and as of today no longer considered obese. I'm now only overweight. I look at myself in the mirror and see all that I have accomplished since my surgery and still I'm so excited about my future. Last weekend I completed my first 5K (The Great Pumpkin Run) since having surgery. I was able to run a lot of it and finished in 40 min 17 sec. Have another one scheduled in October and the Cooper River Bridge Run (10K) in Charleston, SC in April. Life is GREAT!!!

I also celebrated my 41st birthday this week.....my 40's are a hell of a lot better then my 30's.
