I hit goal this morning and couldn't be happier!
B: scrambled egg with brisket, jalapeños and cheese
L: leftover Mexican beef, pork and beans
D: more leftovers...probably pot roast because my husband didn't like it
Snack if I need it: protein bar or popcorn
W & V: on track
E: maybe some squats and push-ups while I watch the football game (Go Broncos)
