Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday

I hit goal this morning and couldn't be happier!

B: scrambled egg with brisket, jalapeños and cheese 

L: leftover Mexican beef, pork and beans

D: more leftovers...probably pot roast because my husband didn't like it

Snack if I need it: protein bar or popcorn

W & V: on track

E: maybe some squats and push-ups while I watch the football game (Go Broncos)

Congratulations on reaching GOAL!  That is excellent!  I am so happy for you.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - quiche

Dinner - beef stroganoff - need to fini**** off!

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - weight training and recumbent bike - I actually got back to it yesterday.  Thank goodness!

woooo hoooo!  Congrats!  waking up and not feeling like you HAVE to lose weight is the best!  Keep up the good work!

D: Not sure. Probably tacos with ground beef.
