Constipation
Black coffee, all natural yogurt, a couple of pieces of dried fruit every day (prunes, figs), green veggies, and daily exercise are what I count on. I add a couple of teaspoons of sugarfree fiber powder (generic equivalent to Benefiber) to my protein shakes as needed. I keep up this regimen and I've only had to take laxatives a couple of times in the 2+ years since my surgery.
This sounds a little weird, but people who know say it works. Not that I am trying to market it, but... check out the "Squatty poddy". and read the reviews. Doesn't cost too much and might really help.
