Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday

i had a rough day yesterday and I'm hoping today will be much better. One problem yesterday was a fiber overload. I ate a high fiber high protein "cookie" from the school cafeteria and then a protein bar that also has 20 grams of fiber. Too much for me! But, since my entire digestive system is cleaned out, I lost 3 lbs! I've been fluctuating between 141 and 145 for 2 months now. My lowest ever is 140.6 and today I am 140.8. So, I'm very hopeful if I eat correctly today and drink plenty of water, that I will be at my lowest weight tomorrow morning. Yay!

B: scrambled egg with cheese, jalapeño and brisket

L: hopefully out with my husband, perhaps a burger minus the bun

D: taco Tuesday minus the shell, but perhaps a few tortilla chips with my homemade salsa. I think I'm also going to make a roasted tomatillo sauce.

snack, if I need it will be a protein bar

W & V: on track

E: I failed at this yesterday and won't have time again today.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - cheeseburger quiche

snack - broccoli slaw

dinner - Mongolian meatballs - new recipe - yum

vitamins - good

water - ok

exercise - still not good.

my day sounds so boring compared to the other posts, but I am only 3 weeks out:

B: Chobani 100 - pineapple

L: Chobani 100 - peach, light string cheese stick

D: 2.5 oz. canned chicken breast with 1 T light mayo on a light Rye Wasa crisp, 1/2 Honeycrisp apple

S: Syntrax Nectar Chocolate truffle mixed with diet Swiss Miss Cocoa, Fit Frappe, 6 yellow cherry tomatoes, 1/2 C popcorn (at son's football game - couldn't have dinner until after 7:00)

V: always on track

W: did good today

E: walked 4 miles in 60 minutes with some hills



5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!

I am not sure but I think I got each of the initials:

B: 1 hard boiled egg mashed with 1/2 T mayo

S: V8 Low Sodium 1/4 can

L: 1/4 cup Homemade Hearty Chicken/Veggie soup with 3 crackers

D:  3 small chicken meatballs and 2 tablespoons of soup listed above

S:  V8 Low Sodium 1/4 can

W: 48 oz so far

V: Gummies
