Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Tuesday
i had a rough day yesterday and I'm hoping today will be much better. One problem yesterday was a fiber overload. I ate a high fiber high protein "cookie" from the school cafeteria and then a protein bar that also has 20 grams of fiber. Too much for me! But, since my entire digestive system is cleaned out, I lost 3 lbs! I've been fluctuating between 141 and 145 for 2 months now. My lowest ever is 140.6 and today I am 140.8. So, I'm very hopeful if I eat correctly today and drink plenty of water, that I will be at my lowest weight tomorrow morning. Yay!
B: scrambled egg with cheese, jalapeño and brisket
L: hopefully out with my husband, perhaps a burger minus the bun
D: taco Tuesday minus the shell, but perhaps a few tortilla chips with my homemade salsa. I think I'm also going to make a roasted tomatillo sauce.
