Overall, a very good article drawn from personal experience and scientific and anecdotal evidence.
I would like to mention that for some the idea of making food off limits tends to backfire and creates binging cycles. I am one of those people. I find now that telling myself I am "choosing not to eat something at this time, but that could change tomorrow" works a lot better, because if something comes up and I make an exception I don't end up beating myself up for "breaking my diet". Just a different approach in thinking.
