Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday
good morning! It was nice to have a couple new participants on our thread yesterday! I love how this gives us some accountability and is a way to learn about new foods we may not have thought of before.
I wasn't feeling great this morning. My stomach was cramping and I was nauseated. I felt better after eating, but it was unusual. The best thing this morning is I weighed in at my lowest weight ever! 140.4!
B: scrambled egg with cheese and brisket. I also had a small bite of dark chocolate after breakfast.
L: leftover Mexican...a little beef, a little pork and a little beans
D: pot roast and mashed potatoes
V: on track
W: on track
E: probably not. This week is hectic.
Next?
I FINALLY broke the 166 barrier and hopefully, I'm moving back to my comfort zone of 160 to 165. So, continuing to be very good on plan:
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - crustless cheeseburger quiche - yum
Snack - broccoli slaw
Dinner - I've got a lot of good choices.. Mongolian meatballs, Phily cheese steak sloppy joes and Chicken Divan. I'll see what I feel like eating this evening.
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - I may get on the recumbent bike again today. Its been a while.

Things are going well here. I had to fire my physical therapist since I was very dissatisfied with the care I was receiving. My new therapist seems great though! And my mental therapist got a new job, so I'm in the process of scheduling with another one that she has recommended for me. So much change.

Really, really time consuming! I'm basically out of the house all day Tuesdays and Thursdays, all morning Wednesdays and Fridays, and then I'm doing homework in all the rest of my time. But things are going well so far and I'm not feeling quite as overwhelmed as I was two weeks ago. :)

Breakfast: my eating schedule is weird, I usually have breakfast around 11 and lunch at 2:30. But today I had a work "lunch" at 11:30 so that was my breakfast. I had a smoked beet salad with pecans, goat cheese, and grilled salmon. Ate maybe a third of it and now I have a great box of leftovers!
