Post Op Help

I am 2 weeks post op from having a gastric sleeve procedure and I am doing well, except I am getting frustrated with not being able to be consistent with getting on schedule with the food I eat, because I am still on fluids. Help!

if you are stiLl on fluids from your doctors plan,you don't need any other food,until you are cleared for it.

You may not get on a schedule for some time.  Your body is still adjusting so when you think you should eat, you may not want to.  Plus it takes a while to acclimate your system to tolerate certain foods... I am still have issues with that at over 2 months out!
