Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday
Happy Monday! My goal for the week is to be a mindful eater all week and if I do snack, to only snack on protein. I struggle with wanting to snack on carbs in the afternoon. My strategy this week is to have a protein bar during my hour drive during the noon hour and then eat my lunch closer to 2:00. My goal is that if I eat later I won't have the urge to snack between lunch and dinner.
B: scrambled egg with cheese, jalapeño and steak

L: steak, cheese and 4 Ritz crackers
D: pork roast in the crock pot
W & V: on track
E: I need to get on track with this. Tonight I'm going to do some core strengthening exercises

Happy Monday, indeed. I've been crazy busy, and this is after I quit my job! I've heard people say they got busier after they retired! I guess its true. hehehe
